Takeover of ALEXANDER, a family-owned ship chandler in the port of Marseille since 1830.

Acquisition of Cofrapex by a family-owned group, CORIN

Takeover of CML, a ship chandler since 1962, located on the dry docks in Marseille.

COFRAPEX
Marseille
Cofrapex moves to the port of Marseille.
Cofrapex diversifies its activities through its Algerian and Moroccan subsidiaries.
